When I first saw it, I nearly ran, I don't like spiders and seeing a mechanical one just didn't sit right with me. Tho I did know our only chance was for me and a few others to get inside these beasts and pilot them against Xiro.
I placed my feet in the little holsters and lent against the back wall. I pulled the helmet down over my head and it gently closed around my face. The wall interconnected with my suit and lifted me off of the ground. It pulled my into the spider's mouth like a caught bug. I was never so afraid before. Inside the w-lolth was dark and cold. I wished I had worn more layers, but the people in charge wouldn't have let me. I let my mind drift for a moment, just to try to think of something other then the w-lolth, and suddenly I realized that the w-lolth had become my body, It was the strangest feeling I had ever experienced. -------- School project to digitally paint an "interior" this took several tries but I think I am finally happy with the thought and design. I really wanted to push the whole spider feeling to the image, since she is inside a spider tank. Now yes that is one of my really old pics of a w-lolth in the BG, I was really too lazy to go make a new one for the BG when you can barely see it. (specially when it isn't the focus of the image) Can anyone guess my fav colours? |
