For The *messa

This took me forever to complete...
mostly cause of my comp messing up... (but I wont get into that)

This was origionally going to be a tutorial...
But I royally suck at them, so I'll try to explain.

Done in Photoshop 7. (dun have painter, and OC hates me)
(reminder that I make the bgs for my pics differently, this is just for landscapes)
First you get your main scene done in black and white with a hard brush, it makes it look oddly more real. be careful to remember how the light hits things and the shineyness of different materials. Then you hit Ctrl U it gives you a little pop up with several colout options... just click "Colorize" and shift the top bar to the colour tones you want.
The fun part is going in with a soft brush set to overlay and adding in slight bits of colour.
