A commission for my good friend Allen. It is his anthro dragon named Deramin, who is casting some type of black lightning.

We are both huge fans of 'The Sword of Truth' series, so was pretty much the chain in our friendship.

it is sposed to look greenish.... cause of photoshop. I made sure it was liek this because he is sposed to be a green dragon. XD
